I&#39;m always looking for an excuse to buy the mini baking pans at the kitchen store. You&#39;ve given me one, yay! :-)<br /><br />I wonder if I could somehow tweak this to fit with Mexican ingredients. I&#39;m not sure I&#39;d be able to find apricot jam at my local grocery store, and apples are generally on the expensive side and taste so-so.
